It was an inspiring day where students presented projects that address environmental and conservation challenges with innovative solutions.
After a selection process, the following three finalist projects stood out:
Axolotarium: A conservation center for axolotls registered with SEMARNAT as PIMVS, dedicated to preserving this endemic species and its ecosystems.
Grow: A self-sustaining project aimed at reducing the environmental impact of the university by utilizing resources and spaces, creating a greener and more conscious community.
iGEM: Using synthetic biology, this project creates a unique fertilizer that employs symbiotic relationships between yeasts and fungi to protect crops from the effects of climate change.
These finalists reflect the talent and creativity of young people seeking real solutions to global challenges. At ILAN, we are proud to be part of this change.
