We connect future leaders
with Israel.
ILAN finds the most promising innovators across the globe, gives their projects the recognition they deserve, brings them to the country that turned innovation into a national method, and keeps them connected long after they come home. Three programs, one path.

OUR METHOD
Innovation Awards
Every year we search universities, companies, and public institutions across the region for projects that are already working — not ideas on paper. Independent juries evaluate them, and the strongest receive public recognition, visibility for their work, and a place in everything that comes next.
Experience Israel
Award winners and selected leaders travel to Israel for a week inside its innovation ecosystem: labs, startups, funds, universities, and the people who built them. They come back with contacts they can write to on Monday, technologies they can actually use, and a bigger idea of what their project could become.
