KIM is an artificial intelligence platform designed to prevent, detect, and monitor cases of workplace harassment in private institutions. It automates reporting processes, guarantees impartiality, and seeks to reduce turnover and loss of productivity. Its goal is to create safer workspaces through accessible technology. Additionally, KIM incorporates analysis systems that allow for the identification of risk patterns, the generation of strategic reports, and support for human resources departments in decision-making. Among its objectives is to promote safer and more efficient organizational cultures, reinforce workplace well-being, and significantly decrease turnover. Its impact lies in empowering workers through reliable and transparent processes.

It works even on low-end devices and reduces technological and cultural gaps. The platform integrates audiovisual content, educational modules, and accessible tools to foster active digital citizenship. Its objectives include reducing misinformation, strengthening critical thinking, and promoting youth leadership. Its impact extends to the empowerment of historically excluded communities.

It is an engine that absorbs heat from the environment, transforms it into useful work, and eliminates the need for fuels. It avoids the generation of polluting gases, combats climate change, and provides energy security to the user.
