EL GRAN LIMÓN

The El Gran Limón project seeks to transform the economic and social reality of the province of Limón through the creation of a tourist park whose attraction. The main attraction will be a giant ferris wheel iconic to the Costa Rican Caribbean. This space will serve as an engine of economic reactivation, generating direct employment and indirectly, encouraging local entrepreneurship and strengthening the sense of identity and pride of Limón. In addition, it will promote the development of microbusinesses related to tourism, gastronomy, culture and crafts, integrating the community in the sustainable economic growth of the region.
BIOMERAKI
Bio-Meraki is a biomedical project that creates myoelectric limb prostheses affordable, sustainable and customizable top. It is estimated that in Africa, Asia and In Latin America, more than 30 million people need prostheses, many of them which cannot access functional solutions due to their high costs. The Myoelectric upper limb prostheses cancost from US$10,000 in forward, which makes them inaccessible for a large part of the population Latin American.
