WHO SAID THAT BEING THIN IS IN?

Not long ago, our world was governed by models that dictated what an aesthetic body should look like, often promoting standards that led to eating disorders in many people. NOT ANYMORE! I love seeing that more and more companies across all sectors are embracing the body positivity movement and encouraging women to accept their bodies just as they are.

It is proven that 90% of women are dissatisfied with some part of their body, and 70% feel "fat," even when they are not. Social media is flooded with diets and exercise programs that promise to help users achieve the "perfect" body showcased on those same platforms. The reality is that there are no perfect bodies, perfect diets, or miraculous training programs. Every body is different, and over time, bodies change, just as diets do.

Intuitive nutrition is essential: understanding, knowing, and loving our bodies. Achieving a “perfect” body requires more than just a diet.

Don’t miss the next episode of "WHAT'S NEXT?" featuring special guest Sara Marcos. She will discuss how every body is unique and how weight is not the only indicator of health. Sara will introduce us to the concept of intuitive eating.
